It is in the heart of Gaeta Medioevale that our story begins in 1925. A path full of experiences that led us to be, after almost a century, exactly what we have always been, coffee craftsmen.
The selection
The qualities of coffee are many, all grown in the tropical belt, we choose the best ones to guarantee a coffee with a unique aroma in the cup.
Roasting
We roast each quality of coffee separately in order to enhance its individual characteristics, the coffee is then mixed to create the right compromise between body and taste.
